Advancing Critical Equity and inclusion

Our ultimate goal is to create anti-racist organizations and individuals that will engage in race-conscious leadership and become leaders in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

In particular, we are committed to advancing the inclusion of racialized people of color and historically excluded communities in higher education, nonprofits, and corporations utilizing a culturally-responsive practice and asset-based lens.
