Our identity and equity workshops are meant to create an understanding of the histories and lived experiences of racialized people of color and people with intersectional identities in the U.S. Given our background as scholar-practitioners, our evidence-based workshops draw heavily from history, sociology, and ethnic studies scholarship.

Given our training in racial equity, we develop a la carte diversity, equity, and inclusion training for higher education, nonprofits, and corporations.
