Identity and Equity Workshops and Training

Our identity and equity workshops are meant to create an understanding of the histories and lived experiences of racialized people of color and people with intersectional identities in the U.S. Given our background as scholar-practitioners, our evidence-based workshops draw heavily from history, sociology, and ethnic studies scholarship.

We create in-person or remote workshops to develop anti-racist organizations. Your organization can choose from one of our areas of expertise:

Given our training in racial equity, we develop a la carte diversity, equity, and inclusion training for higher education, nonprofits, and corporations. Our diversity consultants have the expertise to facilitate difficult conversations and develop culturally-competent stakeholders in a variety of institutional contexts.
